113. [It is appropriate] that we are made to become [perfected persons] before we come forth [from the world]. Whoever has received everything [without being made master] of these places, will [not be able to master] that place; but rather he shall [go] forth to the transition as imperfect. Only Yeshua knows the destiny of this one.
