91. There were two trees in paradise—the one produces beasts, the other produces humans. Adam ate from the tree that produced beasts, (and) becoming bestial he begot beasts. Because of this, (the beasts) came to be worshipped. [... Humans] begot humans [and then] worshipped humans. [...]
