62. The exaltation of mankind is not manifest but rather is implicit. Because of this he is master of the animals which are stronger than him—who is greater than them both manifestly and implicitly. And this gives to them their survival. Yet (when) mankind separates from them, they kill each other and gnaw each other and devour each other, because they find no food. Yet they have found food, now that mankind has cultivated the earth.

62. La exaltación de la humanidad no se manifiesta, sino que es implícita. Por eso es maestro sobre los animales que son más fuertes que él—quien manifiesta e implícitamente es más grandioso que ellos. Y esto les da su supervivencia. Ya que (cuando) la humanidad se separa de ellos, se matan y se roen y se devoran unos a otros, porque no encuentran alimento. Pero han encontrado alimento ya que la humanidad ha cultivado la tierra.
